Ivan Labin is a Development & Construction Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public building developments. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with world-renowned architectural practices such as Zaha Hadid Architects (London), SANAA (Tokyo), and Grace (Milan).

In his Construction Project Manager and Client’s Representative role, Ivan leads projects from concept to completion. His responsibilities include:

Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and investors

Managing budgets, schedules, and contracts

Ensuring risk control, compliance, and quality

Maintaining clear and effective communication between all parties

In addition to construction management, Ivan is actively engaged in development and investment strategy. He focuses on identifying land plots and opportunities in Georgia and the UAE for residential and mixed-use development projects, preparing investment models, and structuring projects for long-term profitability.

His strengths are strategic leadership, financial and technical expertise, and the ability to find practical solutions for complex challenges. He combines an investor’s perspective with hands-on site management, ensuring both design excellence and operational efficiency.
